1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process

When you book: name and mobile number (required), email (optional) and any note you choose to leave.
History: your bookings, no-shows, the services you had and the barber who served you.
Points and rewards: points earned and rewards used and, if you invite a friend or were invited, that link.
Client area: the email you sign in with (using a code sent by email, no password) and your preferences, including whether you want to receive news.

3. What we use the data for and on what basis

Managing your booking, sending the confirmation and reminder, and letting you change or cancel it: to provide the service you asked for.
Keeping your history and the points programme: legitimate interest in knowing our clients and rewarding those who come back (you can object at any time).
Sending news and offers: only with your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.
Preventing abuse (for example, fake bookings): legitimate interest.

4. Who we share data with

Data is not sold or shared with other barbershops. We use the Fadevo platform (fadevo.com), which hosts this site and processes data on our behalf, and its providers: Supabase (database in Frankfurt, Germany), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (sending emails). When any of these providers is outside the European Union, the transfer is made under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

The map on this site is loaded from OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data). To show the map, your browser contacts those servers, which receive your IP address. The map does not use cookies.

5. How long we keep data

We keep data while you are our client and for as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time; in that case your name and contact details are removed and we only keep figures without personal data (for example, how many bookings there were on a day).

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. In the client area you can see and change your data, choose whether to receive news, download all your data in a file and delete your account.

7. Cookies

This site only uses necessary cookies: to keep you signed in to the client area and to remember, for 60 days, a friend's invite link you opened. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

After you book, your name, phone and email are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so your next booking is pre-filled. They are not sent anywhere because of this, and you can delete them at any time with «Not me» in the booking panel, or by clearing the site data in your browser.
